This technique is quite similar to URL Filtering but instead of scanning the whole URL certain keywords are monitored. As soon as any blocked keyword is found the user gets disconnected.

7- Port Blocking

Certain websites open certain ports on your system for sending or receiving data. A website might use more than one port, different ports for different purpose such as one port for receiving data, one for sending data, one port so that its user can download data from the website. A network administrator might block certain ports but not the whole website.
